If I capture some screenshots from Balto or any other animated movies this site is about and if I'd like to share them, is there a section where I can post them?

No, there isn't any need to share them. Chances are someone else has the same screenshot. Cause no screenshot can be rare.

There's already a page that has screenshots of the movies, so I don't think that would be necessary..

I'm not sure, but I think you can post them in your gallery or drawings.
