ok so how do you take a charter from on imgeaq and put it in a new imgea and i work on paint net. i tried everything that i thought that might work but it doesnt work!

Despite the bad spelling and grammar of this question, I think you mean taking an image and putting it onto another background?

If so, there is a tool called the magic wand tool. Select the background around the image and hit the delete key. Though if you have a background that involves a lot of objects and color, you would be better off using the lasso tool. (It tends to be picky in Paint.net.) After the background is removed it will make it transparent. Open the background image you want to use and put it under the top layer.

is paint net the only program you have, if you Ms paint or photo shop i can help
