I walked down the way where I saw the girl come from. I saw a moving truck, and the house's sign with a big 'SOLD' on it. I watched and saw the mother and the girl. The girl was about my age, and she was tall. SHe had blonde hair and blue eyes. She was carrying some boxes in. I walked over to help her. She said, "Oh my gosh, thanks!" "No prob!" I siad lifting up some boxes. When we were finished we talked. I found out she was called Kathrina Hughes. Her mother was Alice Hughes. Turns out her father left them when she was 5. I had alot of fun. Around 3:00 I started to head to the creek. I sit there for a few minuetes, feeling the water lapping at my feet. I looked around, and saw the same girl the day before there. I felt a ping of worry, but ignored it. I had already wasted two days walked outside, the rain falling the next morning. I felt my sumer slip away. Our new house was so cool! I saw a puddle and looked at my body. I was tall and skinny, with blonde hair and blue eyes. I looked at my plain sneakers, and torn up pants, and big hand-me-down shirt. I heard my mom call, and I walked over. "We're going shopping!" My mom said enthusiasticly. I looked at her excited. I didn't have to wear old clothes for starting highschool. I hopped in the front-seat and buckled up. I turned on the music, not loud, and my mom started the car. We were soon at the mall. I went to find some button up shirts and jeans. I soon found some I liked and saw the most amazing boots. I smiled and said to my mom, "I want these!" She looked at the price tag and shook her head. I went to the check-out counter and bought them. I soon laced them up and started to get used to walking n these high-heeled boots. They were amazing. We soon left and got home. For the rest of the night, I spent it quietly at home. Tomorrow was the last day of summer. I sat quietly, waiting for something to happen....

Longer posts, but long post doesn't mean they are better. There is
more to writing than managing to write alot. |
