Hi! i would like to know.. is possible to download Balto's howls? the matter is i would be interested in make a fan video using them

Yes there is a way, but it's very complicated. The howl itself was just a human howl. On DVDs the voice track is separate from the video track, so therefore you would have to rip the audio track.

Im sure it is, if you have the right programs for it. And its probably a little tricky to do so.
