Do you mean that your character hasn't appeared in the characters section? Or you got a message saying this char will not be accepted?

Maybe these are the reasons your char was NOT accepted =
1.Your char NEEDS to be RELATED to balto
2.You must assoicate your charater in fanfics/fanarts/fanimage in your gallery(Meaning that the char MUST be used.)
3. Your char must be Complete : Your character must have one "headshot" drawing, one "detailed" drawing, a long description (at least 5 lines long) with such information : Age, Breed (if an animal), Personality, Likes, Dislikes, Background, ... You mustn't use photos but drawings.
4.NO BAD renders allowed!
5.Avoid creating characters based on your pets
6.Your character MUST be Unique...

If your character has NOT appeared =
More than likely, your character is awaiting validation from the moderators!

I hope this helps!
