        I have to film the TV, because my laptop won't let me use Balto (Balto II /Balto III /ect.) or any other movies. I don't understand how people can do that. Anyways, I want to make Balto videos without putting it on my computer. How can I do that?

         By the way, I put this under: "Default / Other" because I thought that if I put it under "Film", you might think that I am asking about the movies, before reading my question. (Was that too hard to understard?)

You must have the movies on your computer to create videos for them, as the editing software runs on the computer. There are ways to convert your VHS tapes and put them on your comp, but the quality is very inferior and you'd be much better off buying the DVD somewhere and ripping it onto your computer using ripping software. Magic DVD Ripper is a free ripping software to use for 5 rips. As JavaWolf suggests, some sites do have free clips, but they are very hard to find.

You can find Balto video clips from the movie on Balto fansites, and download them for free (sometimes), and make your own movie with them.
