Plug In Baby

 I drew a picture of Balto for my first drawing for my fanart,but even though I have selected Balto as one of the characters in my drawings it tells me it wont send,and to choose an original Balto character.I have,I picked Balto!

Does anyone know what I did wrong?

Do you have to pick a character besides Balto from the Balto moves to be your first fanart?
