Did Universal steal the idea of Disney's Twilight Bark for the EDAS. In the twilight bark every dog hears about the news. In the EDAS it's the same thing. Did Universal steal Disney's idea?

E.D.A.S. is an idea they got PROBABLY from that, but more-so probably from the E.A.S. (Emergency alert system).

You know that thing that flashes across the TV with that loud buzzing sound? That's E.A.S.

EDIT: This is what I'm talking about. ---> http://www.youtube.com/watch#videos=WdxjOZJlwkA&v=HgAkxVxo9MU
It flashes on at unexpected times during TV shows, but it's usually a good idea to listen anyway because it's not always a test.

It's an idea, they can't steal it, but 101 Dalmatians was the orignal. Universal wasn't.

I'm sure Universal didn't steal the E.D.A.S from 101 Dalmatians. They may have gotten the idea from that, but it can't be classified as"stolen"
