i have the program on my grandma`s computer but i just dont understand what to do to resize it.so...how do you resize images?

You go to Image at the top tool bar, then click on Resize. Then switch the mode to "Percentage" and it'll come up as 100 percent, which is normal. If you want to make it bigger, add more, like 200 percent. If you want it smaller, then decrease the percentage, like 70 percent. To see how big it its, go to Attributes or Image size.

you could try going to the top where it says file, along that bar there should be and "Image" Button, press that and you'll hopefully find the "Resize image" button or "Image size" Hope that helped ;]
