I have been looking for a balto plush for 3 years, and never found one. When I looked on Amazon, there were just books.
And when I went on Ebay, there were only Muk plushes. Is there like a shop at Universal studios where you can buy one? What should I do?

The plushies are no longer made. They are rare to come by, and if you do, chances are they are very expensive. You will just have to wait for one to turn up. If your really lucky, you can find one at a second hand store or a rummage sale.
