I've always been curious. Is Aniu/White Wolf Baltos mum?

Celtic Aleu

Yes,she is Balto's mother,it is confirmed in Balto two, when Balto tells the truth to Aleu, about herself,He tells her that Aniu is his mom,and that she had a warm voice, also fur as white as snow.
