This project was founded because me and a few others have thought long and hard about it and we've decided to go places no one has went before and try and finish this series our way. So we are a assembling a team of writers to make a storyline/script for what our version of Balto 4 would be. Unfortunately, due to last year's closing of Universal Studios Animation, we are not able to pitch the film to Universal. At least for now. Many of us have wanted to see this series continue, and there is only one way to do this. And we need all the help and support we can get ASAP to sway the filming world into seeing that we as a fanbase never gave up on this amazing series. STAFF UPDATE 5/2/2010

Hello once again everyone! so tonight I was thinking why don't we start our own podcast about the project and get the staff involved. I think we could have a huge outpouring of newly found support that it could spawn. I think its worth a shot, but I want to ask what do you all think about this idea first. so does this sound like a good idea to any of you guys out there staff on not?

We just finished writing the ending scene! We still have more to do, but it's definitely a step in the right direction.

Well, the member count for our Facebook group is up to 21 members. Most of them are other AS members, though, but we are quite pleased with the recent growth. We also have some scenes with complete scripts to go along with them as well as the voice audition lines you see in the description (Kallisto and I came up with most of them). More updates will be posted when they become available.

The change in the position of head writer was done because our original head writer has been very busy with college preparations. He informed me that he will be free next month. In light of this, I pitched to Kallisto the idea of co-head writers. He liked the idea, so we might go that way.

MAJORLY IMPORTANT STATUS UPDATE Alright guys I have decided that we are going to be reopening the head writer position. I have too many people asking for a script that we still don't have that are interested in the position or other positions to keep not making progress. I just don't want to have this be like the other project that was supposed to be done almost 2 years ago and isn't, Simply put, I want to finally start getting stuff done, cause first off the project started 3 months ago and we've gotten nothing done yet, and as I know from experience that getting stuff done draws more interest in towards our efforts, and more interest equals more help, once again, not trying call anyone slackers. its just that I think the fact nothing is done is the reason we aren't getting any interest in the project from others. and I'm just making an executive decision because the way things are currently this wont work.

UPDATE: Actors. auditions for all official characters are officially opened, you are welcome to be creative with your auditions, there is not a set script for the auditions, just PM me or a staff member on the project a link to your auditions. make sure you try and include a few different voice tones/emotions/ for whatever character you audition for, Also as an important note, we will take as long as we need to for this process, there is no set deadline. thanks and good luck to all whom tryout!
