Welcome to the site, Lioness. As to that earlier comment, generally it IS a nice place. However, don't let anyone fool you...there is a low-level but persistent conflict going on here, and the individuals you saw participating in that Anya character are on divergent sides of it. I will state, for the record, that Mightybalto1925 meant no insult or harm to you. She was simply making an observation and a suggestion. She does that a lot...to help. Though there are a few...individuals...who have this thing for attacking every comment she lays, practically. They do that to me a lot too.

Mighty is a pretty good fan artist, and I happen to know she was only trying to help. There are a lot of newbies (and noobs) here who start off creating absolute clones--physically or otherwise--of official characters from the movies represented on Animation Source (some even keep at it relentlessly), using screen caps and/or blank line arts. This, on the surface, at least IMPLIES a lack of creativity and originality. It doesn't show any real effort in designing from scratch a character which is truly unique...and certainly at least set apart from the official characters. Plus, there is an obnoxious over-use of screen caps and line art (tracings of screen caps mostly). It's considered a very poor way of designing a character by many people.

Nevertheless, no matter what was said here on your page earlier (there IS an agenda there too), don't let them make you believe Mighty was out to insult or hurt you. That was the farthest thing from her intent.

Your first character, Anya, is a good character. I see nothing to fuss about over her. she looks like Balto's sister only with similarities like Aniu. Not to mention, Dingo and Aleu could have easily inherited her markings. Anya is a good character well done.
