My theories:

Working on #14! The latest:

My theories #13: Shooting the clouds: How can you shoot a cloud? The bullet would pass through it and possibly strike an airplane causing it to crash and killing everyone on board, and those who it hit when it crashed cause more than likely it crashed in a highly populated area and now you are going to be charged with mass murdering. Thanks alot, not only did you make me write a run on sentence, but now your going to prison AND started this huge chain reaction. Way to go.
