Balto is a story of a wolfdog, who no one likes, because he’s half wolf, but Balto doesn’t let this get him down. His only friends are a beautiful husky named Jenna, two orphaned polar bears, Muk and Luk, and Boris, the Russian goose, and the only father Balto has ever known. When Jenna’s owner Rosy gets sick (along with over half the town) with diphtheria, a sled team is dispatched to bring the precious anti-toxin back to the town, through the awful snowstorm that has blown in. When the team gets lost, it is up to Balto to find them. Will he be successful? Or will he freeze to death in the storm, trying to save a town that doesn’t even like him.

Balto Darkness is by far my “”darkest” FanFic. It follows up with When Love Goes Sour, and features the return of Steele, and another of my villains from Aleu’s past…. the demon wolf Shade. With Shade’s help, Steele is now more able than ever to carry out the only thing he wants than ever… the death of Balto and Jenna. In return, all Shade asks is that Steele kill Aleu as well. Just an update on myself and what's going on...
I decided to take a bit of a break from Balto and recharge my batteries a bit, so I'm currently working on a furry (that is, anthropomorpic animals or animals that walk on two legs, talk, ect. think bugs bunny) zombie appocalypse style story featuring some of my friends furry characters. I'm about half way through it and should be done fairly soon. I'll let you all know when it's done. I can't post it here because it's not Balto related and it's quite gory, but I will email it or link you all to another site via PM if you wish to read it. I'm fairly impressed with how it's coming so far.
My next project (as far as Balto is concerned) will be To Love a Stranger. I was working on it when my laptop crashed a few months ago and I lost what little I had done on that, but rest assured I will sit down and re-write/finish it. ...hopefully fairly soon.
As far as my personal life goes, I have reloacted across the country and I'm now living in New Jersey with my best friend whom I met in the Marine Corps on Okinawa. I moved on the 28th of October and things are going quite well. ...still looking for a job, but hopefully that will kick off soon.
All in all things are great, and I can't thank you all enough for your continued support and kind words regarding my work. You have no idea how much it means to me. I love you all my Balto brothers and sisters ^.^. Special thanks are in order to the people who put out the Baltosource Shoutcast. I listened to your review of The Aniu Trilogy. Thank you for such a kind review and I hope you all enjoyed it ^.^. Hopefully I'll be on the shoutbox from time to time, so if you ever want to get ahold of me and talk, just PM me and I'll try to meet up with you somehow. I love chatting with my fans. Also, if you use MSN Messenger my user name is [email protected]. I am on messenger almost constantly when I'm awake and around the apartment. I just ask if you want to add me, please put something about Baltosource in the request to add a contact so that I know who you are, that way I'll know who you are, regardless of being unfamiliar with the email.
