My idea for a Balto 4 film. It is ENTIRELY appropriate for all ages. Please read and comment! All is peaceful in the quiet Alaskan town of Nome. Balto is leading a happy life. Aleu has returned and now lives nearby with her pack. Kodi has become lead dog of the mail team. All seems well...that is, until Steele shows up and challenges Balto to the race of races. He wants a rematch, and the ruthless husky isn't going down without a fight. Balto's got no choice but to round up his pups and race his old foe. When he finds Kodiak injured, there's no one to replace him. Will they withdraw, or will it be Kenai, a wolf from Aleu's pack she has come to love? Read and find the answer to the question: will our hero succeed...or finally fall?

Aiken awakens to find himself immobilized and half-blind. These are his thoughts as he comes to. If this gets enough hits I'll make a full-on backstory fic for him, but I want to see how well you all like him first. Aiken is mine, and this is based on the song "One" by Metallica.
