Aaaaaw! I love it! Thankies!

For the water scene you take a light blue or whatever color
you want your water to be, then use the detail airbrush and
put it over the area u want the water to be. but make it
above everything else. above the lineart. that is important!
Use the pepper spray and put it were u want the foam to be
but with a lighter shade of the color. Do that as many times
as you want with different shades on the same layer. Then
use the grainy blener blend that. Use the normal blender and
blend. Use the grainy blender again. THen in the Disortion
brush catagory ose hurricane and pinch then use the blenders
again. That and if u make everything on different layers you
can change the opacity. Hope that helps. Sorry if i ain't to
good at explaining things. Also use the glow brush to make it look like light is shining through.
