Can I make a coyote character? I was planning a character family; the father was Balto's son named Atlin, the mother was a coyote named Senna, and they had a son named Keth. Am I allowed to make Senna? After all , coyotes live in Alaska and she is Balto related

As long as it's related and reasonable. Though I don't see why Balto would go for a Coyote. Some may have issue with that unless you gave a GOOD reason for it. (like what would have happened between him and Jenna firstly)
