He ended up getting lost, and ran into a bear, making him fight it off. He won, and sent the bear packing, but was wounded to the point of critical. He decided to head back to Nome, here he accepted help from Mr. Simpson, who decided to keep him. He became lead dog of the team, and took it upon himself to keep them all in line. His father returned without Aleu, and Kodi was disappointed, but knew that his father had tried it all. He felt great pride in running the mail, even though he didn't turn out quite like his father, he felt he was doing a greater cause for the town. When Duke tried to take their jobs, he knew that only one dog, or rather wolfdog, could help them win. His father, Balto. He pleaded for him to help, and eventually he did. When his father went to rescue Duke, he followed out of respect for his father, and a little sympathy for Duke. When he returned a hero with his father, he knew he became his own hero, and didn't need to act like someone else.

My entry is what if Kodi followed in his father's foot steps.

When he was a pup, he admired his father's courage, and tried to be like him in every way. He acted like him, talked like him, and mimicked his every move. He knew his father wasn't adopted, and being such a big fan, he made sure he wasn't either. He growled and snarled and bared his teeth at every kid that came near him, making him seem more wolf than Aleu. Seeing how big of a problem he was, Jenna's owners called in a professional musher, who decided to take him on. The musher was cruel and strict, so he ran away a few weeks after being adopted. He tried to reason with Balto, saying he wanted to be just like him, but Balto said, "My life isn't as glorious as it seems." But, he still continued to want to be like him, and when he was caught by his musher again, he stayed longer because the musher had upped his game. He ran away once again, and made sure to hide when in Nome. His owner always went looking for him, putting up wanted posters, since he was the son of a sled champion, Balto, but the people of town knew that he couldn't be tamed.

His mother offered to take him in with her family, but he refused, saying he wanted to rough it. Though he had run away from his musher, his time spent there had gotten him interested in racing, and even more so since his father was a champion. He later met a sled-dog team that delivered the mail, and became friends with Dusty, Kirby, and Ralph. His siblings never got him, and the only one that did was Aleu. They were best friends, and he was sad to see her go. He decided to head after her himself, even though he knew his father could do it himself.

I'm going to redo mine. Make it something more interesting

-After several attempts of trying to concentrate on forming the ice bridge together with his mind, he gives up. Though the strange raven is always watching him. Nava and Ahlon decide to talk to the pack. Ahlon goes up first and such, explaining why it's unhealthy to be there, and if the whole pack concentrated on forming the bridge, it'd work. Niju decides against this and decides to fight for leadership. Ahlon agrees, but the desperate pack seems to agree with him, and they go to try to form the ice bridge. Ahlon ditches the fight with Niju and joins Nava. He leads the pack, as they mumble an ancient pact together. The raven flies around the area, and soon the ice bridge forms.
-Nava quickly leads the pack across the ice, followed by Ahlon, but Niju stands in the way. Ahlon decides to take one for the team, grabbing onto Niju and jumping into the cold, rigid waters.
-Luckily, Ahlon grabs onto a stick onto the embankment and pulls himself out of the water. He then follows after Nava.
-Upon arriving into a new, open territory, the pack hunts and settles in. They decide to crown Ahlon as the leader and most treasured family member, but he refuses. He gives his position to the happy Nava who successfully leads the pack. They of course welcome Ahlon to the family with open arms, but Ahlon realizes something important. He glances around, seeing the raven beckoning him back over to the ice bridge. He gives Nava a nuzzle, and returns home. To his real family.

-Ahlon finds himself struggling in the wilderness on his own, such as finding food. Life seemed miserable for a long time, so he relied on any sign of help he found, such as trying to hunt birds. He tried to hunt a raven once, but it outwitted him several times over. As it seemed to be calling to him and beckoning him to follow, Ahlon follows the bird as a last resort.
-The raven leads him through several mountains, til he reaches a wolf pack. The pack at first is weary of the lone wolf, and catches him, bringing him in for questioning. As he is weak, the unruly leader known as Niju decides to exile him to death. Though another wolf around Niju's age steps in, defiantly telling him how wrong it is and how cowardly of a leader he is. The other wolf is known as Nava, a bright-eyed young adult. Upon his embarrassment and rage, Niju banishes both Ahlon and Nava. Nava takes Ahlon with him nearby to help him. Nava hunts for him and brings him a meal. Nava explains the situation to Ahlon and demands his help to help Nava push down Niju from leadership and help him form a "path across the ice", as the food supply is low. At first, Ahlon thinks he's crazy, but Nava explains to him that he's the chosen one.

If Aleu was a male, and his story was changed.
-He was adopted, but he simply did not work out in the home he was in, so he was returned.
-He was simply looked down on for inheriting such peculiar, wolflike traits and he wasn't wanted.
-Instead of whining like a baby and almost getting shot by a hunter (who was totally going to pet her with that gun), he maturely takes it up with his father, asking why he acted so differently from his siblings. Balto hesitantly tells him. Though before he gives the surprised Ahlon a chance to reply, he suggests other options (finding different people to own him and such), but Ahlon refuses. He sadly, but maturely tells his father he's going to try to find his place in the world. Balto protests and tells him it's dangerous out there, but Ahlon tells him he wants to and spends his last night with his father and mother before he sets out on his journey alone.

what if aleu went bonkers from not being adopted and killed all of the people in nome and became the villan?

Mine is what if Jenna a wolf, and Balto was a husky (I had them both but Balto looked so ugly the way I drew him so for now it is just Jenna) I am also going to add more detail to her, for now that is what I have

So the story is that Jenna was the outcast wolf, while Balto is a stuck up purebreed friends with Steele. She doesn't end up doing what Balto does, she instead wins over Balto's heart with her pure kind soul and takes care of the kids while the sled team gets the medicine.

So I will try to re-make Balto to go along with this (It was hard making him look like a husky with his colors and markings....) I am also going to make a what if Jenna cheated on Balto and had puppies with Steele, a confrontation of Aleu with one of the half siblings. And maybe some other ones if I can think of some good ones.

I saw this and just had to join! I actually have a few ideas but the first I whipped up quickly whilst it was still in my head. I will likely update the picture at a later date as it's a tad messy.

Anyway, I was thinking, what if Steele were a she and Balto was in love with her- Balto wanted Steele to be the one to bring back the medicine (even though she was still the Steele we're all familiar with and never cared for anyone but herself) and trusted in her. Jenna, in the meantime, is admiring Balto from afar, noticing how kind and considerate he seems. But the same thing happens- Steele gets lost with the medicine, Jenna and Balto form a friendship and they go to search for Steele together. A similar thing happened and Jenna ended up getting hurt and gets taken back home.

In the end Balto basically realises that Steele is no good for him and he begins to see Jenna in a new light.
