Server problems

Written by steet :

The server used for the site is currently having severe issues, explaining all the database breaking and the 'site unreachable' periods. So if you can't access the site sometimes, don't wonder why.
The reasons are still unknown for the moment (maybe a problem with the server hardware). In any case, I may look for a new host for the site soon.

After the 2nd time I got really mad, and bored. But it's doing it now. Lol It makes you realize that with out this site, the internet is boring.

Phantom_ wolf190	June 23, 2006

I am sorry to hear that Steet, but a least the site will still be up, right?

UKthewhi tewolf	June 22, 2006

	Rock of Ages

That happened to me too, I got really annoyed until I found some cool stuff on e-bay, thanks for letting us know Steet and lobo1235 if Steet gets a new host it won't change anything here on BS it just means that we won't get all these log-in and server problems.

Guest	June 22, 2006

Yeah, I agree with tibb_ wolf, I mean I tryed to come on the site but it said:This Page Cannot Be Displayed. It was aggravating me so.

Tibbeh	June 22, 2006

	I'm not a wolf. Kthxbai.

I haven't had any problems yet today *knocks on wood* except for the fact that it did load a tad slower than usual.

At midnight it was going really slow and I had to exit out of it. The site was about to give me the "this page cannot be displayed" thing.

IdoK	June 22, 2006

	CWP

i had this problem today and yesterday. yesterday, the shout box went away, then the site. today, i was able to get on, but then the site did the same as yesterday. i was trying to get back on, but it said "This Page Cannot Be Displayed."

Lobo1235	June 22, 2006

i know but still its fine the way it is except the not being able to get onto the site.and thanks but it rarely happens to me.

Lobo1235	June 22, 2006

Steet why would you look for a new host
and plus too that happened to me so thanks anyway.but please dont look for a new host

I own these sites, I'm still the webmaster. By changing host, I mean : getting a new server (computer) to host the site, and this isn't something you can't do yourself so you have to rent it to a company.

Lobo1235	June 22, 2006

Steet why would you look for a new host
and plus too that happened to me so thanks anyway.but please dont look for a new host

Twilight _Zone	June 22, 2006

If you get a new host does that mean that you will not be the webmaster anymore? If you do look for a new host why?

Lil Muntewr	June 22, 2006

Yeah, it happens every day around this time.

Highland Wolf	June 22, 2006

yea! That happened to me about half an hour ago and i couldn't get on to the site so i gave up! Anyway, hope it works from now! Thanks!
