As of late there has been a lot of issues with users putting blacklists in their profiles and galleries. There is no reason for anyone to be creating these blacklists, all they do is cause problems. And actually, they're against the rules. So if you have one of these in your profile or gallery, then it would be advised that you removed it from your profile ASAP. Otherwise the mods will send you a warning, and if necessary, a ban.
Thank You

They really were just a cause of drama, though I know a lot of people used to use them to stop art thieves from using their bases (the black list consisted of those who claim art as their own). It would be easier to put the signature on the base somewhere, then people can report. I honestly don't see the need for blacklists; they're pointless. Since you CAN block users, there never was any need for them.

However, in Balto Source world, a 'blacklist' is a list of people you don't like for various reasons. Which people feel the need to post publicly for some attention-seeking reason, I suppose.

Anyway, good point. No blacklists = less drama.
