Because the fanart of the week was getting old and that
there was no reason not to do it with the other fan sections,
I have added a "Selection of the week" in the left menu.
This is a list of interesting creations that were sent by the visitors.
The creations will be chosen by the moderators; the list is not meant to be objective, but it should represent good examples of what you should send. (besides, anything in the list should be Balto related)
No, you can't ask to include your creations in the list! The reason being that we don't want to be spammed with requests.
Also, each section has its own "selection" (whereas only one is displayed in the left menu)
Same thing, we aim at showing the good examples, and to put in front the things, that in our opinion, deserve it.

I am
not surprised, however, by the choices you made for the first
appearance of this feature...and I would have to say that, given what
I know of you, this surely is not an objective list. Though I cannot
say I disagree with the choice of Juuchan17 and her contest...and I've got no issue
with the question person at all (hey - you have to choose some
question, right?). The rest? Well, prudence (and past experience)
tells me that holding my tongue would be the best course. Now, before ANYONE goes and accuses me, either openly or privately, of trying to flame those people, I'm NOT (nor am I looking for one with them or anyone else). Nevertheless, this
has to be about the least-objective list I've ever seen. And again,
given what I know (based upon my observations throughout my time on
this site), I am not surprised. Disappointed, yes. Especially given
that there are many others at least as deserving of attention as the
individuals noticed by you (or whomever compiled this very subjective
list).
Still, it is a nice feature. Let's hope THIS one
gets updated regularly and actually turns out to be a bit more
evenly-spread as to member contributions, instead of catering to
certain favorites.
ola
