Personality: He teases many dogs for being unattractive since many do find him attractive. He's a self-proclaimed pimp of Nome, even tho he has no litters and no girlfriends. He loves his sister, but is pretty much embarrassed by his nerdy father. He wonders how his dad even got to mate with his mother since she's a million times more beautiful than he is. But unlike his sister, he's alot more optimistic about their parents, aside from thinking his father's  an embarrassment.
Likes: Teasing, being annoying, but its all in good nature.

Other: Randal and his sister were left to be taken care of by their father Tappal, who pretty much raised them under a house. Unlike Rani, Randal tried being more optimistic on their situation, but it was easy for him because he ended up finding a family. He started to befriend a few of Dino and Ruby 's pups, Nila, Oriane, Alani, Bruno, Crimson, Azure, and Flann. But can't seem to get any of them to accept his sister. He tries tho.

Once Randal found his first love (yet to be figured out) he didn't feel such hatred for his mother anymore. But not long after that, he was neutered. Before he was neutered he failed to impregnate his love, and he grew depressed for a little while there, making his love feel terrible for not being good enough to make him happy.

When he found out his sister died, he became so overwhelmed by depression and his master took him to the woods to kill him.
