Personality: Being the pet of the wealthiest family in Nome (which may or may not say something) she does see it necessary to keep up appearances for herself. She cares greatly of her grooming and hygiene (this may be partial to the fact that she'd get into big trouble if she got dirty). Does this make her shallow? Of course not. she truly cares about what others think, in a respectful way rather than wanting to simply be popular. Pixie is perhaps the most well-spoken husky she knows; her vocabulary is formally represented, and she is prone to use complex words and more sophisticated, refined phrasing than others. When she talks, it's with a cultivated Mid-Atlantic dialect, and shares some mannerisms with similar Hollywood actresses. While she cares about her appearance quite a bit, being averse to stepping in mud or risking getting herself messy, she is not above getting dirty when it comes to helping her friends or family, or even for a good romp around the beaches. But of course she has her trickster side as well, and more often than not proves that she can definitely handle her own problems, and is quite tough and resourceful. And why shouldn't she be confident in herself? She has the makings to be the best race dog there is, since she's come from a long proud line of purebred huskies. Albiet, one of her faults is that she does want to please the people she loves, but in the end sometimes it gives her the short end of the stick. 

Likes: Running and being active like any husky. She loves her family and will do anything for them. Tho she does like being the center of attention, she's not the show-offy type to jump off rooftops and barge in on races to prove a point.

Dislikes: Shedding season, being called stuck up or froufrou, especially when she never dons herself with overly expensive collars. Being stuck indoors all the time. Being alone.

History: Was born on Mr. Fridolf's husky farm, the same farm from which Jenna was born. She was born to Orca and Chu'Si, tho of Fridolf's other favorite husky pairs. Like many of the other males there, Orca was a retired prized lead sled dog, while Chu'Si started out as a companion to her humans and lived in the wild for a great deal of her life. They both had a few litters before Nuna, so it wasn't anything new to them when a family came to buy their pups.

In this case, Nuna, renamed Pixie, was adopted by Leon and Bernadette Pridgeon and their three children, a wealthy family formally dealing in fur trade. They settled in Nome and by that time Pixie was about 5 years old already. Being raised by a hoity toity family carved alot of her personality. At least the part of her personality where she wanted to maintain good hygiene and manners to the point where it almost seemed like she thought she was too good to get dirty. The Pridgeons were never huge fans of sled dog racing, so they never trained Pixie to do that, even tho her bountiful amount of energy said otherwise. Sometimes she was sheltered and kept indoors, even if she so badly wanted to go outside and prance around. She is friendly with all of the dogs in Nome, but hardly anyone really knows her name. Having a sled dog for a father and a practically-wild mother does give a whole new side to her personality she hasn't quite yet discovered.

When her mistress and the children became deathly ill one winter, there was news that teams of dogs were being sent to retrieve medicine. She knew then that the family would be alright. But just the same, she was a good loyal dog to Leon and stayed by his side when he was worried. Pixie tried not to let the family being sick get to her, for the sake of her master, but considering how long it was taking for the medicine to reach town, she was losing hope. During the wait, Bernadette and the youngest son died, and it deeply effected Pixie.

The death of two of her family members caused Pixie to dislike all of the dogs involved with the delivering of the medicine, thinking to herself that they didn't try hard enough to save her family. But eventually she came to terms with it, let go of her anger and saw them for the heroes they were.
