History: J.D was born in Helsinki; Finland, he doesn’t remember his family, just that he woke up alone in a dog rescue home, but being a puppy it didn’t take him long to get adopted, his first family took him home. There he spent the first 6 months of his life, before the family moved, and they left J.D behind.
J.D then spent the next few months alone wondering the streets, until he met Ace, another street dog. Ace looked after J.D for a while teaching him everything he needed to know. So J.D followed Ace across Finland, switching from different groups of stray’s time and time again.
The two stayed on the streets for a year or so before getting caught by the authorities and taken to another shelter. They stayed there for a while before two men from the armed forces; Joshua and Mark came in looking for dogs. The lady who owned the shelter showed the men Ace and J.D. Josh and Mark liked the two dogs, and took them for training.
After 11 months of hard training, Josh and Mark where sent home to Alaska, Ace and J.D with them. Now proper army dogs they could be called away at any time. Ace stayed with Mark, where as J.D went with Josh. It didn’t take long for J.D to settle down, and make a group of friends.
One day, J.D and Ace were out for a stroll when they saw White being harassed by a local male. The two don’t stand for that kind of behaviour, so went over to help her. White simply thanked them and walked away. Ace didn’t give it a second thought but, J.D liked White instantly.
It took a while but eventually J.D managed to become White’s friend, although they’d never talk much, as White preferred to be alone; but he was persistent. J.D was always a loyal friend to White and would try his best to take care of her when she needed him.
Then as expected their masters got called so they all had to leave Alaska for Iraq. White missed J.D while he was gone, although she wouldn’t admit it, she was starting to really like him.
When they returned, J.D had taken a beating and was limp. He had to stay inside away from the other dogs whilst he healed. Ace when out found White and told her what happened. White ran over to J.D’s house to make sure he was alright, and stayed with him whilst he recovered.
