Name: She was named Emerald at birth by her mother. However she only responds to Shamrock, now a days, with the exception of some nick names, such as Shammy.
Age: Born in 1938
Breed: 100% German Shepherd
Mate: Xayvier
Pups: Rosemary,
Personality: Shamrock is loyal to no end. She is determined to show everyone a girl is just as strong and brave as any male. She can be very mysterious, she never wants to talk about her past. Nor how her tail is now missing, leaving her with a stump. Shamrock can be very cross, and has a mouth on her. She is intelligent, far more then most of her companions. This makes up most of the time for her smaller form and some what weaker ability to fight. She isn't weak though, she is acutally very strong, just not as able as some of the tougher males, such as Ty. Shamrock would never leave a friend behind and would give up her life to save another. Behind her hard external is a nice loving girl. She doesn't believe in love, nor does she want it. Though if that right male came around.... well, who knows? Shamrock needs attention, and this can make her annoying sometimes. Once she is upset though, she will stay very silent and sulk. She is known to hold a grudge against others. Even her friends. Shamrock does well with humans, although some times they frighten her when her past creeps up to her too much, though this rarly occurs anymore, she has learned to keep herself in check. Shamrock is still new at everything, and so she tries to learn as much as she can from the others around her. Even though she is the newbie, she is a asset to her comrades. Shamrock, like any normal dog hates to see others die. She has some what tried to learn to accept it, and she is doing well. Once in a while she will get strung up over a death though. Shamrock is very attached to her trainer, and does not like to be away from him for to long. Even if its a misson or order. Shamrock is also very respectful and listens to any dog older then she is. Sometimes she can get bossy around younger ones however.
How they feel about being an army dog: This life got her out of the animal shelter after a hard past. She was taken from the animal center at around three months, so she hasn't known much else. She loves it, even though she tends to have a bit of a rebelious streak and wants to know what life outside the war is like.
History: When she was born she was in a loving family who breed dogs for show animals. Emerald wasn't as lucky as her human name Shamrock protrayed early in her life though. A man managed to buy her up, but when he moved some where he could no longer own her he let his sister's boyfriend have the young pup. The new man's intentions where not good. He wanted to use her as a fighting dog. So he wouldn't risk her getting her tail injured he clipped it off. This made her ill, but he refused to get her medical help. Thankfully the girlfriend staged it to look like the puppy had been stolen from them. In reality she took the pup to a local animal shelter and dropped her off with no information or anything left. The staff found her the next day and helped her recover. It seemed she wouldn't be adopted, but none of them had the heart to but the sweet little girl down. When she was nearing half a year old a man came and adopted the her. This man being a animal trainer for the war. Because she was adopted her name held up better. She was lucky to not have been put to sleep. Her trainer has trained her daily and hard until current times. She meets
Ty and instantly became attached to him. She has never felt romantic feelings, just a brother sister affection.
