Personality: Psychotic, prone to bizarre ramblings. When not aggitated or questioned, he's an amiable dog, gets along with most and is pleasant to talk to if you can stand his odd theories and nonsensical speech. Although dogs are reluctant to socialize with him because they don't want to take chances and do something that'll launch Desoto into a psychotic episode.

History:  Before his downfall, Desoto was just one of the guys. Cared about his racing career and lived life to the fullest. When he turned 1, something seemed to snap. He would get angry, start screaming at other dogs and accusing them of conspiring against him to do anything from ruining his racing career to stealing his thoughts.

As time went on, Desoto became more and more violent. He eventually became so crazy his owner couldn't keep him anymore. He now wanders the streets of Nome aimlessly, talking to himself and sometimes preaching to the others about the dangers of "them." Who "they" are, nobody knows except Desoto. And nobody is brave enough to ask.

He only has one ally, his niece, Lana. She sometimes provides shelter for Desoto during his episodes.

Other: I was tired of the spunky, stubborn, and independant or sweet, loving, and omgfluffy red-faced pups, so I decided to go with something not so cuddly.
