Personality: Ketch is a very kind and considerate canine who is extremely loyal and steadfast to those he loves. He is rather impulsive and often jumps to conclusions, but is willing to learn from his mistakes. He’s not super quiet but he’s also not very outgoing either, although he likes making new friends. He stands up for what he believes in and is not afraid to be confrontational when needed. Ketch is also rather intelligent and quick-thinking, and is also curious and inquisitive, always enjoying to learn new things. He likes to explore and find new adventures around every corner.

Likes: Ellie, his owner, music, exploring, making friends, being both dog and wolf, watching sled races, howling

Dislikes: When people hurt those he cares about, being offended, bullies, arrogant people

History: Ketch was born to a Chow named Chester and a wolfdog named Akna. Since Chester lived among humans and Akna lived among wolves, Ketch and his siblings were given the option to choose what path they each wanted to go down; having the temperament of a dog, Ketch decided to go to Nome with his father and find a human to call his own. Eventually, he got adopted by a young man who was a budding musician, and Ketch grew an affinity for music, despite the fact that his owner wasn’t exactly the most talented. One day, his owner got a gig at Nome’s local jazz club, and there Ketch met Ellie, whose human owned the place. Ketch and Ellie hit it off almost instantly, and Ketch found himself falling for Ellie. However, his feelings changed when one day his owner had a disastrous gig, causing Ellie’s owner to fire him. Ketch instantly assumed Ellie supported this, and stopped talking to her, leaving the female dog heartbroken. However, as time went on, Ketch’s owner started to improve as a musician, and Ketch realized perhaps the reason Ellie’s owner let go of him was because he still needed time to grow. He tried apologizing to Ellie, but Ellie gave him the cold shoulder, leaving Ketch upset that he blew his chance with this pretty girl. However, Ellie eventually forgave him for his wrongdoings and the two became mates, later having three puppies.
