Personality: Roscoe is very short tempered and extremely competitive, he is impulsive and very often acts without thinking. He will do just about anything to gain attention, and can sometimes appear rather selfish, but he does have a sweet side to him as well: he's always ready to defend the weeker and lesser ones from bullies or other dangers, and has a particularly soft spot for pups. Roscoe is therefore by no means a bad guy, he just often feels misunderstood and that's what causes him to act the way he does sometimes, while his only goal is to be approved by others, particularly his family.

Likes: Juniper, the streets, his family, getting attention, meat, playing with pups.

Dislikes: Not getting attention, being scolded, other's disapproval, bullies, violence.

Story: Roscoe was the second born in Kirby and Roxie's litter of three. Since he was the middle child, he got used to having to compete for his parent's attention, and would soon prove to be quite the problem child, he would steal food from his brothers and at times play a little too rough on his younger brother Oliver. This behavior worried his parents, and when the time came for them to be adopted, it was decided that Roscoe would remain with his mother, while his brothers were  adopted. Over time, both Robin and Oliver proved their skills as sled dogs, so Kirby's musher began training them, and this of course made Roscoe insanely jealous. So one night, he resulted to the ultimate solution: he snug into the butcher's shop in which his mother worked as a guard dog, and managed to get away with a chunk of meat. He didn't get very far though, as he was spotted by Rocky and Juniper, the children of his father's friend, Kodi. Rocky chased after Roscoe, and caught him at an alley, and not long after, his parents arrived to the scene as well. They took him home, and gave him a very long scolding, and Roscoe admitted that the reason he stole the meat was just to get attention. As Kirby and Roxie realized the situation, they both apologized to their son for not realizing sooner that they had been neglecting him, and promised to pay more attention to him from that moment on. The next day, Roscoe bumped into Juniper again, and felt rather emabarrased about the circumstances that they had met, but June only laughed, and the two got to talking, and getting to know each other. They actually started developing feelings for each other, and being with Juniper made Roscoe want to be a better person. Sadly though Rocky wasn't too happy about his sister seeing Roscoe, as he didn't trust him, so Roscoe decided to do whatever it took to gain his trust and win over Juniper's heart.

Realtion to Balto: Kirby's son, falls in love with Kodi's daughter.
