Personality: Ester is a sweet and spunky mutt who has no trouble socializing with others. She tends to get very emotional at times, but is good at hiding it. However, she often bottles up said emotions which causes more harm them good. She’s a bit sassy and has a smart mouth. She’s not exactly a tomboy, but she’s also not a girly-girl; she’s more in the middle. Usually she is very lively, but when things go wrong for her, she goes into fits of depression.

History: Ester was born in Juneau, Alaska to a Chinook father and a Siberian Husky mother. She was adopted by a young girl and her family and grew up living a pretty normal life, loving her owner and having lots of friends around town. However, when she was almost two, she and her family moved to Nome. Ester was terrified about living in a brand new place and worried about what the other dogs would think about her. However, she was instantly comforted when she met the new neighbor’s dog, Porthos, who also happened to be the most handsome dog Ester had ever laid eyes on. Porthos was extremely friendly, charming, and was also a bit flirty, but there was one problem… he just wasn’t interested in a mate. It took Ester a while to get over Porthos, but when she did, she met another dog named Pierre, who happened to be Porthos’s brother. However, Pierre had an ego bigger than the size of Alaska, and Ester eventually found out he wasn’t actually in love with her; he was just using her for attention and compliments. Feeling betrayed and heartbroken, Ester grew depressed and cried for days. Eventually, Porthos found out what happened and went to comfort Ester, and realized maybe he did want a mate after all. Being a shoulder for Ester to cry on helped Porthos and Ester to become close, and eventually Porthos asked her to be his mate, to which Ester gladly said yes.
