Personality: Victor is a very cunning, devious and clever wolf, who won't be taken for a fool and he is able to immidietally tell if someone is being honest with him or not. He is unpredictable and has a very short temper, and is known to brutally attack or kill others for even the slightest of reasons. He shows no mercy to his enemies, but treats those who are loyal to him like family members. Vic has a very slick tongue, he can be very charming and convincing and he's very good at persuing others to join his side and manipulating them to acting to his will. He absolutely loathes Kuro and his group of rebels, and anyone who tries to interfere with his plas to gain more power.

Likes: Power, caribou meat, being feared, fighting.

Dislikes: Kuro and his group, when his followers mess up and his plans fail.

Story: Victor was born to two very abusive parents, who would constantly mistreat him and use him as a punching bag. He was a very scared and timid pup, who didn't have the courage to stand up against his parents, but finally, as soon as he was old enough to fend for himself, he left, and swore that no one would ever push him over again - from that on, HE would be the one everyone was scared of and who everyone would respect - even if he had to use violence to gain that respect. Over the years, Victor grew into a fierce fighter who showed no mercy to those who made the mistake of challenging him, earning himself a brutal and cruel reputation. There was only one time, that he actually lost a fight, and it was to a wolf called Niju. After this defeat, Vic was furious. He decided that this would be the first and only time anyone ever got the better of him, and after gaining some of followers, he arrived to a small valley and took it over, making the residents there do all sorts of favors for him and forced them to give the little food they managed to find to him, by threatening and blackmailing them, and killing or beating up anyone who disobeyd. Soon enough, Victor was ruling the valley with an iron fist, and he absolutely loved having an entrie area in his power. But of course, this wasn't enough, and he wanted more power, so he started planning on taking over other near by territories. One day however, much to his annoyance, he learned about a group of rebels who were lead by a wolf named Kuro, and their campain to free the valley from his evil grib. Vic was furious, and swore he would end these rebels, and sent his mercenaries after them.

Relation to Balto: Lost a fight to Niju, and his worst enemy is Kodi's son's best friend.
