Personality: Kuro is a brave and fearless wolf with a strong sense of justice, and he isn' afraid to stand up for the weaker ones and defend those who are in need of it, whether it's someone he knows or a total stranger. He's a strong and noble leader, who above all appreciates loyalty and honesty, and absolutely despises those who take advantage of the more misfortunate ones. Kuro can often times seem rather serious, but he has a fun side to him as well, and he particularly enjoys having a good run every now and then, and loves playing with pups. He is also a great listener, and always encourages his friends and followers to come to him whenever they have something on their minds.

Likes: Running, howling, the northern lights, Jack and his owner, his followers.

Dislikes: Victor and his gang, injustice, seeing anyone being mistreated, blizzards.

Story: Kuro was separated from his parents in a blizzard as a young pup, he crawled into a small den and waited for it to be over, and when it was, he got out, and went to look for his family. After searching for two days, and still finding no sign of them, he had to face the reality that he would never see his parents again. Kuro was devastated, and wandered in the woods, and then got his paw caught in a bear trap. He cried for help, and was certain that this would be the end. But then, a wolfdog pup about the same age appeared to scene, saw how much pain he was in, left, and soon again returned with his owner, who got Kuro out of the trap and carried him back to their house. Kuro was naturally hesitant, but after the owner of the wolfdog pup had treated his leg and given him food, Kuro began to soften up to him. The other pup, named Jack , kept him company as they waited for his leg to heal, and they quickly became good friends. Once Kuro's leg was all healed, he had grown a close bond with Jack and his human, who decided to keep him, as he had no parents or pack. Growing up together, Kuro and Jack were the best of pals; they explored the forest together and got into all sorts of shenanigans. But as they grew older, Kuro felt that he didn't belong in a house with a human. So, one night Kuro went to talk to Jack, and told him it was time for him to go. Jack tried to convince him to stay, but Kuro promised him that they would meet again some day, and then, after saying goodbye to his best friend, he was on his way. For some months, he pretty much roamed around, but one day, after an unsuccessful day of hunting, he caught a scent of caribou meat. Kuro followed the scent and discovered a small cave that appeared to be someone's "storage" with plenty of meat, and figured no one would notice if he snug out a small chunk. How wrong he was, though. He was immidietally stopped by a couple of wolves, they told him their "boss" didn't like to be stolen from, and gave Kuro a sound beating. He escaped just barely, and ran into some wolves who revealed that the valley was being ruled with an iron paw by a large and vicious wolf named Victor, who apparently was blackmailing the residents into bringing him food and performing all sorts of favors for him, threatening to kill them if they didn't obey. Kuro was absolutely disgusted by this, and decided that something had to be done, since the residents were too afraid to stand against Victor. Suddenly, he ran into Jack again, who was shocked to see his friend all beat up, and demanded to know what had happened.  Kuro was very reluctant to tell him anything, as he didn't want to get his friend in trouble, but since Jack insisted, he finally told him everything about what had happened and what he had heard. Even though he begged for Jack not to get involved, it was to no avail: he swore he would stick by Kuro's side. So, together they started gathering followers to help defeat Victor and end his tyranny once and for all.
