This character's BIO might change in time

---

Name: Skala (it means "fish scale" in German);

Nicknames: None;

Age: It depends on when she's drawn (a season or two younger than Kodi's generation);

Breed: Siberian Husky mix;

Appearance: Strong build with thick legs (similar to Steele); the face is similar to Aleu's but with a soft snout. She's taller than the average dog (Balto, Jenna etc). Her neck is all black, from back to front. The light specks/lines from the black part of her fur are part of her design.

The dark blue pupils are NOT part of her design. That's just my style of drawing, instead of black pupils.

Roles: housepet - she helps her human transport the fish he catches for his shop;

Blood relatives: Isabela and Beast (c) Pepa360 fan are her parents.

As for siblings, she has lots of them, includding Pepa, who is her half-sister. Skala is also related to Steele, from her mother's side (which means that she's also indirectly related to Flint, him being some kind of distant cousin); even though she has lots of relatives, she didn't get to meet all of them.

Crush: None;

Crush/es on her: *OPEN*

Pups: None;

Bonds with other characters: She got adopted by Doc's owner when the St Bernard got too old to carry his tasks. They live in the same house, but she accompanies the man when he goes fishing instead.

Julieta (c) Pepa360 fan - As a pup, Skala used to be frequently babysat by Julieta whenever she would visit Doc. She got attached to the older female, perceiving her as a second mother.

*OPEN*

Personality: Even though Skala inherited her father's large build, her personality turned out to be more like her mother's. She's a gentle giant, incredibly sweet and caring. Skala's a hardworking dog who never complains about anything, no matter how difficult it gets.

Likes: Visiting her family, working with her human, fish meat rewards after a busy day;

Dislikes: When the fish business isn't doing well, anythings that bothers her human and Doc;

Background: When she was born, Skala was loved and cared for by both of her parents, who decided together that it would be best for her to get adopted by a human when she gets old enough. One day, a fisherman (Doc's owner) came in looking to adopt a pup strong enough to help him carry his catch. Seeing Skala's strong build, he decided to take her in and train her in order to carry all the fish in a special sleigh. As she grew up, Skala became her human's most capable business partner and friend.

Ties with the Balto Universe: She's related to Steele from her mother's side. Also, she got adopted by Doc's human.
