Appearance: She’s a medium-gray husky of slightly less than average height with blue eyes. Some of her distinct features are a solid colored tail as well as three dark gray stripes that run down her back. Her body build can best be described as stout and stocky.

Personality: Very fun and bubbly, Mitzi could make a conversation with a tree stump if she had to. She’s very extroverted and never runs out of energy. She’s a good leader and also a strong support system, always looking out for others, especially her timid brother Kobuk. She cares deeply for others and is fiercely loyal. Despite how much of a sweetheart she is, she has a fierce side to her, but it only comes out when she’s angry. She’s also quite excitable, and isn’t too good at keeping secrets.

Likes: Watching dogsled races, fresh snow, playing, running, the beach

Dislikes: Snobs, the wilderness, bears, storms

History: Mitzi was the oldest pup in her litter. She was close to all her siblings as well as her parents, but particularly took a shining to Kobuk, her younger brother and the runt of the litter. Kobuk was extremely shy and followed Mitzi around like a duckling, but Mitzi didn’t mind; she liked having her brother tag along with her on all her adventures. The two were unfortunately separated at eight weeks old when they got adopted by different owners, but they still saw each other often as they only lived a couple blocks away from each other.

    As Mitzi got older, she ended up becoming Kobuk’s wingwoman, as Kobuk had fallen head over heels for Jenna, the most popular dog in Nome. Mitzi could tell Jenna wasn’t romantically interested in Kobuk, but she didn’t want to see her brother hurt, so she continued letting Kobuk see her without saying anything. However, once the serum run happened and Jenna and Balto became mates, Kobuk was devastated that he lost the girl of his dreams. Things got worse when Mitzi accidentally let it slip that she knew all along that Jenna’s feelings for him weren’t mutual, and Kobuk felt hurt and betrayed. Kobuk gave Mitzi the cold shoulder for a few days, but eventually Mitzi found a way to apologize to him and the siblings made up. Mitzi promised that if Kobuk moved on, she would continue to be his wingwoman and would always be honest with him. Eventually, Kobuk found love in Jenna’s friend Dixie, and the two became mates.

    Around this time, Mitzi fell in love with Cikuq, a husky from one of the top racing teams in Nome. Their personalities didn’t really mix well at first - Mitzi was extremely bubbly and fun-loving, while Cikuq was stiff as a board. But the two eventually saw something in each other, and became mates. They later had three puppies, one of them being Dusty.
