Appearance: Saba is built exactly like her mother Jenna — slender, dainty, and delicate. Her fur is lighter and more washed-out than Jenna’s, though. Her facial markings match Jenna’s except she has eyepatches like Balto. Her front leg markings are like Aleu’s, while her back leg markings are like Jenna’s. Her tail is flowy like Balto’s, but more poofy. Her fur is extremely thick and fluffy like Jenna’s, and she also has small paws like her mother. She has blue eyes similar to her brother Yukon and some of their grandparents.

Personality: Saba loves being in the center of attention and thrives off of her popularity. She’s never snobby about it, though. In fact, she often uses her popularity to stand up for the greater good, and isn’t afraid to be seen with those on the lower end of the social tier, even if she gets scrutinized for it. She is very much a hopeless romantic who loves to think fancifully. She’s nosy and a bit of an eavesdropper, though she just says it’s “curiosity.” Although she looks very dainty and gentle on the outside, on the inside she’s one tough cookie. She’s got a lot of fire in her and isn’t afraid to stand up for what she believes in. She also has some vanity issues, and doesn’t like getting dirty.

Likes: Boys, cleanliness, flirting, being in the limelight, sunsets, being filled in on all the gossip

Dislikes: Dirt, when the attention isn’t on her, snobs, disorganization, untidiness 

History: Saba was the fifth pup to be born in Balto and Jenna’s litter. She was always a proper little lady, although she did enjoy playing with her siblings as well. At eight weeks old she was adopted into the same family as her brother Yukon. She was a little intimidated by his rambunctiousness at first, but grew used to it and was always grateful to have been adopted with one of her siblings. She eventually became very close to Yukon, and the two could often be found scheming something.

    Saba grew up to be a beautiful young dog just like her mother. She was sweet, ladylike, and the daughter of the town hero, making her extremely popular amongst the dogs of Nome the way Jenna once was. The male dogs wanted to have her, and the female dogs wanted to be her. She thrived off of being in the limelight, and loved flirting and going out with all the guys. However, she never became snobby. She saw how many of the other popular dogs in town acted like they owned the place, and treated those who were less popular than them like dirt. This angered Saba, so instead of joining that crowd, she instead stood up for the “unpopular” dogs and even befriended them. She sometimes got ridiculed for it, but she didn’t let this bother her, at least not most of the time. 

    One day, two positions opened up on Kodi’s mail team, and a race was held to see which dogs were worthy of being on the team. One of the dogs who raced was Jean-Claude, a French-Canadian sled dog who instantly caught Saba’s eye. He was good-looking, romantic, and French… everything Saba could have ever wanted. Jean-Claude didn’t win a spot on the team, but he won #1 in Saba’s heart, and the two of them began to go out together. The other males in Nome were disappointed that this “new guy” had stolen Saba away from them, and many of them threatened to hurt Jean-Claude, but Saba was always there to protect her boyfriend, and almost risked her life to protect him. Eventually, the two of them became mates and had two litters.
