Personality: Athena is a "street smart" and sassy young dog who isn't afraid to speak her mind or stand up to herself or those who need it. To her family is everything, and she's very protective towards her family, particularly her younger siblings. If she feels like anything or anyone is threatening them, she won't hesitate to show her teeth. But in general, Athena is a kind, friendly and fun loving dog and very loyal once you get to her "good side". She is pretty open minded, but can sometimes be skeptical about change, especially if there are sudden changes in her every day normal life, and it can sometimes even cause some anxiety in her. 

Likes: Her family, walking on the beach, being with Inka, snow. 

Dislikes: Seeing anyone she cares about sad or hurt, fighting and arguing, changes.

Story: Athena and her brother Percy were born as the only surviving pups in a litter of 6 to Steele and a husky named Reimi. She barely knew her mother, or her brother, as she was taken in by Steele's family while Reimi gave Percy away and she was therefore pretty much raised by her father. As a pup she asked Steele about her mother many times, but he was always reluctant to talk about her for some reason. Athena loved following her father around and watching him race, and despite Steele's reputation he was always a good father to her. One day when she'd reached adulthood, Athena met a wolfdog around her age, named Inka, who turned out to be the sister of the famous Balto. The two hit it off right away, as Athena never really had any "girlfriends" to hang out with, and Inka, having grown up with 3 brothers kinda had the same problem. Athena knew her father's history with Balto, but didn't let it come between her and Inka's friendship. But soon something unexpected happened; Athena met not only her brother she never knew she had, but also her mother who had gone back together with Steele, well somewhat, and given birth to a new litter of 3 pups, and Athena was now involved in her family's life and helped Reimi take care of her younger siblings. This was all very new and overwhelming to her, maybe even scary at first, but eventually Athena grew to love her family with all her heart and did her best to protect them.
