History: Not much is known about Cleo's childhood as she lost her memories. One day there was a storm and Cleo got separated from her friends. She ended up at the edge of the woods with a river near by. Cleo tried to find her way back to town but she started to hear a puppy cry out.

Cleo saw the puppy almost drowning. She wouldn't make it in time and as the puppy went under, a strange dog jumped in and saved it. Cleo soon met up with them. The strange dog introduced himself as Balto and looking closer to the puppy she realised it was a wolf pup. Cleo and Balto tried to ask about its parents and where they might be. The puppy just cried.

Cleo decided to adopt the wolf puppy. Balto suggested that they live on one of the abandoned ships as the town would be too dangerous for the puppy. Cleo named the puppy GiGi.

At this time, Balto and Jenna's puppies were teenagers and often visited their father. Cleo made friends with all of them and in turn, Saba and Dingo would babysit Gigi when Cleo needed to go into town to get food for them.
