Draven comes across very full of himself, but in reality, he is insecure. He used to be constantly rejected because he was a full bred wolf. When he found a group who tended to make him the leader, he truly did become full of himself. One of the wolves whom followed him around was a member of a pack. Draven met the pack and they wanted him to be a warrior. When they realized just how bad his ego was, they beat him down a little bit and he came back to his senses. Now he is stubborn, fearless and brave, and would die for his pack. No longer is he full of himself and he refuses to bring others down to bring himself up. He is now always found standing up for others and putting his heart into his pack. He is also quite the lady's man.

History: Draven's mother died when she gave birth to her pups, and all of the pups died besides him. His father abandoned his mother when he found she was pregnant, so Draven had no one to care for him. He was once on the verge of death when a white wolf came to him. She took care of him on a journey to Nome where she left him off near a boat on the shore. Balto found him there and took him in. Balto and Jenna nutured him to good health and taught him to hunt. He learned his ways and soon left there when he was almost a teen. 

In his teen years, he lived by himself trying to find somewhere to fit in. At one point he came back to Nome to see if anyone would accept him there. He found Steele, who he tried to act like and fit in with. But little did he know, Steele looked down on him due to the fact he was a wolf, not a dog. Because Draven hung around Steele and his group, he developed the trait of being quite stuck up and full of himself. This made him feel like "one of the cool kids". Except there came a day when Steele looked him in the eye and said "I don't like you, you don't belong here. You're trying to take my place...as leader. It's not going to happen. Get out of here you savage beast!" Steele chased him off, nipping at his ankles as he ran. Draven ran into the forest, thinking back that he was a wolf. He could have beat him up! He raised his chin proudly and continued on his way, striding pridefully through the woods.

He found a den for the night and slept there. When he awoke there were three heads poking around the den, one yelped when it realized Draven was there. Draven dragged himself out, still half asleep, and looked around. Three wolves looked at him curiously. 

"Hi?" Draven said, confused.

"Hi! Sorry if we were a bother to you!" One of the wolves said.

They continued having a conversation and soon decided to stick together for a little bit. The three wolves were running away from their pack because they didn't fit in. They didn't have the muscle. Draven was interested and asked where this pack was. One of the wolves decided he wanted to go back, but the other two remained where they were as the one led Draven to the pack. When they arrived at a clearing, there were many groups of wolves. Draven was amazed, and met the leader, Samorai. Samorai explained to him how the pack worked and what it looked for. He recommended Draven to be one of their warriors. Of course, Draven agreed, saying he had what it takes. Samorai sensed his ego and chewed him out for it. For weeks, Samorai tested Draven and soon enough Draven learned and improved. No longer was he stuck up, he was now confident and would fight for the pack with his life.

He made many good friends in the pack, Samorai being his closest as well as that one wolf, and he soon earned the title of 2nd Lead Warrior. 

Relation to Balto: Balto and Jenna raised him when he was a pup, used to be in Steele's group (almost took over Steele's place as leader)
