Apearance

Anuk, is a white wolf. Hes quite tall even for a wolf, hes built more fast than strong. He has strong hind legs and so is most of the rest of him. He looks very much like a mix of Nava and Anui but hes not related to Anui. Hes white as snow(unless hes dirty of course!) He does have a bit of grey fur though, especially around his eyes. Anuk has bright yellow/golden eyes, like most white wolves have, in a snow storm he might as well be a ghost that can look right into your center with his wolf eyes. He is usually seen with a serious look on his face or looking at the sky.

Personality

Anuk is serious. He doesn't laugh often. But hes not cold hearted. Hes kind and will always do the right thing if he can, hes an older brother and that makes him very protective of his friends and family. Hes responsible and serious. Theres not many who can get him to laugh or crack a grin(His mother sure can) he holds his family and pack dear. He'd make a good leader but he'd never want to be one, too much responsibility, everyone counting on him. He couldn't do that. Something would go wrong, and he wouldn't be able to do anything about it, they'd think he was a bad leader and get rid of him or not trust him. Maybe thats why he was all alone.

Likes: His family, The northern lights, Stars, the sky, snow(Sometimes) his brother, Kunik(Sometimes), Spring, summer, Wolves.

Dislikes: Humans, Pet dogs, selfish lone wolves, Letting down his family.

Wants/hopes: His family to be safe, To never put his family in danger. That they understand why he left.

History

Anuk was born from two wolves, his father Aput(a white wolf), and his mother  Siluk(a white and grey wolf). He was born along with two other brothers. Kunik(A reddish brown wolf) & (a light grey wolf) called Sauri. Anuk was white like his father, white as snow. He was the son of Aput, who was the son of Qanik, who was the son of Nuvuk, who was Nava's brother. Nuvuk lived in Nava's pack but left, after his mate left him with his only son, Qanik. Qanik went on to have two litters of pups with a white wolf who died. They had Aput his only son, who was white as snow. aput went on to lead his fathers clan. He then had pups with a grey wolf called Siluk. Then Him and his brothers were born. Soon after Qanik died. Nava who stayed in Alaska without his pack met up by chance with Aput and his small pack. Anuk was a pup at the time. He grew up with his pack and siblings. They had a very good life all together. The pups grew and were not pups any more.

They learned to hunt. Anuk was the fastest and could chase anything down. But they were still young and could not go alone. One day Kunik was discussing sneaking off and hunting themselves, alone to prove they where ready. There father overheard and let them go. but anuk disagreed, not yet, not now. The wolves came across a lone moose, Kunik told Anuk his plan. "Go ahead and chase him around, tire him out, do not loose him! And head him that way, we'll be their waiting to take him down." Sauri and Kunik waited, but little did they know what happended. Anuk tried to get the bull moose to run, but it charged instead, he ran trying to tell his brothers it wasn't safe."Brothers, brothers!" Sauri had ran out at the charging moose expecting it to be easy to get a bite at, but it charged him, trampled him, lifted him up by its antlersand threw him down. It than ran him over and left from their site. Kunik and Anuk had watched their brother die. The grey ripped wolf lay in the snow. Anuks yellow eyes were wide, Kuniks were closed. The shock was awful, they stayed at his side all night. Anuk was silent. But Kunik knew there father worried and should know. He howled for the pack. Kunik's howls were beautiful, but this one was lonely , sorrowful and awful feeling. His father knew something was wrong. He found them eventually. They buried him and left. Anuk found it hard to laugh after they lost Sauri. 

Next year, the next litter was born. Ukiuk and Opik were born. He did everything poossible to protect them and set a good example for them. He did, and as they grew he found Kunik more and more irritating. Kunik flirted with many wolves, bragged, but he was a good wolf. He was just a bit arrogant and a romantic of sorts. Every now and again, Anuk got sick of it and let him know how he felt. After what happended with sauri he found many things irritating. Even Nava. Nava talked a lot about how much he was like his father. Anuk couldn't disagree with him, but he began to find Nava going on and hinting how good of a leader he could be, was getting annoying. He cannot be a leader. He'd fail. He would worry too much, something unpreventable would go wrong, and as leader he'd be blamed. He wouldn't risk letting his family down. He wouldn't endanger them either.
