Likes: The team, running, annoying Ramone, talking to Archie and getting to spend time with him, when Chase actually listens to his given instructions, pestering Wizard and making jokes with him (mostly about the other members of the team), getting Archie to do things for her, when she gets what she wants, and everynow-&- then: spending "girl time" with Zero and Cheyanne.

Dislikes: When Archie is around her too much, Chase (half the time), Cheyanne's constant worrying, if anyone beleives she can't do something because she's a female, her full name, and Wizard's flirting.

Personality: Penny tended to be extremely stubborn, she was a bit high strung, short tempered, clever. She always thought she was right, beleived in justice and equality. She was pretty vicious to those she didn't like, she held grudges for extremely long periods of time, very involved in anything that went on around her, got very curious if something was wrong, very sharp and alert. She investigated anything that seemed strange to her and hated being rudely given orders, she wouldn't follow them. She'd do anything in her power to get what she wanted done, but she was not as snobby as she seemed, she actually had a kind heart and this made her a good mother to her pups, but she hid this from her teammates and friends so she seemed a bit tougher. She also talked down to most males, unless given a reason not to.

History

Penny was never very close to her parents, or her siblings. She was born on a breeding farm, so the lack of knowledge about her family is not uncommon. Penny actually lived on the farm for quiet awhile, no one seemed to want her, so she lived, unadopted for a number of years. 

It was actually on the farm that she developed her attitude toward "female inpowerment". Since it seemed like she wasn't going to be adopted, the owners of the farm tried to make her a breeding dog, but she was violent and would lash out at any males they tried to breed her with. She didn't have an interest in males, certainly none of the males she didn't even know.

She was eventually adopted by a musher, who nearly had a full team of dogs. She didn't really know what to think of her new family. She became close to a big dog named Wizard, though no one is sure why, or how (though it's speculated, simply because he liked the ladies). As guessed, their first meeting ended with Penny snapping at him for trying to flirt. They became friends after their boundries where set. She would often tease him, they would joke about some of their team-mates, she especially found it fun to interrupt him when he was in the middle of flirting with a random female. 

She also became friends with a polite husky named Archie. However, Archie was clearly wanted to be closer to her than she wished, Chase had sometimes commented to her that "Arch" was undyingly in love with her. Penny never questioned this, however, she would sometimes make Archie do things for her, because she knew he wouldn't refuse.

Despite conflicting personalities, the team weren't all that bad. They where actually good racers, and champions for awhile. Penny's seemingly calm life ended one practice run with the team. A cold winter day, as the team galloped through the woods, they ran straight into the path of a grizzly bear. 

Penny's initial reaction was snapping at Chase in a fury for stubbornly leading them into such a situation, she inturrupted Archie, who was probablly doing the same to the leader, that was before the danger.. thir musher yelled for Chase to run, bear charged not long after that, when he genuinly took note of the canines. 

He charged for the team and struck Archie, and this allowed Chase to get away. This was the first time Penny actually showed true dismay, The fact that she nearly watched Archie die infront of her, petrified her for a split second, until it then attacked Gizmo, Penny swore the poor little creature went limp before the bear could even strike him him. Her basic fear driven instincts kicked in after Gizmo was hit. and she lept on the bear, not thinking, but running on the will to live. Loyal Wiz, halted the team that she had pulled after her and her harness broke, sending her tumbling into the snow.

Wizard pulled the team away from the scene after something darted by and caught the bears attention, in fear, and having lost sight of Archie, she hid in a hollowed tree, near the scene, and where poor little Gizmo lay. They where later found, and returned home, where she happily embraced being home with her brave, Wizard. When Archie was returned, though for a short time, he was upset over the death of Chase, and Penny, uncharacteristically, didn't ask anything from him. Infact, she spent alot of time with him, usually silent, she was only there for comfort, both for him, and for her, the feeling of nearly loosing him, any of the team for that matter haunted her.

When Archie left, though the others promised to visit him, none of them ever really did, not even Penny. That is until her mate left her, she visited him more often, and he took unexpected interest in her well being and her upcoming pups. When they where born he helped her with them, this led her to name her first born son after him. Archie helped her up until they grew up and where adopted off. Then Penny's visits slowed again, until she no longer came around anymore, after passing away from old age.

Other

-She would affectionately call Wizard "hers", their relationship was that of siblings, never anything more.

-She was one of the few to actually oppose Chase verbally.

-She sometimes used Archie's love for her to her advantage.
