Personality: Starts off kinda shy and a bit curious, Eska tends to lose herself in thought though she takes her training and family seriously it doesn't mean she is against having a little fun. Of course as she grows up she grows out of her shy phase and into a bit of a big mouth. When it comes to things ticking her off she isn't afraid to tell you how she feels no matter how harsh reality may seem she will put you in your place whether or not you like it. Even with an egotistical father Eska still manages to show kindness to others regardless of her family's past. She has a bit of a short fuse and sometimes gets a bit annoyed when others take what they have for granted cause they'll never understand how lucky they are until its gone which she ended up finding out the hard way. (Will explain in history)

 History: Of course Steele was casted out of Nome for lying about Balto and his team's "Death" and ended up in White moutain where he met a pure white husky. They both had "fell in love" As her mother liked to call it but sadly this love wasn't meant to be. Upon finding out she was pregnant Eska's mother hit the roof and was in no way ready for children but Steele saw this as a perfect oppertunity to change his ways or at least mold his future son into a great racer like himself, as time went on she had a litter of two. Eska and her brother Dagger. Of course raising pups no matter how many wasn't an easy task and her mother and father fought alot because of it all. This caused a split up with Steele taking full responsibility of his pups. In Eska's opinion he wasn't a bad father in fact he did a good job keeping them safe and protecting them but Dagger was a different story always wanting to explore the woods and going out into the world to see what it had to offer. Of course her father never let them out of they're sight but when he did Dagger made every moment count, one day though she wished she had talked her brother out of they're next adventure.

It was just as spring was starting to arrive and of course her brother grew curious since they're father raced most days this gave them time to explore. Eska just wished they hadn't, while exploring Dagger had found an old log bridge for them to cross and to explore more of the woodland. Eska of course had a nagging feeling that was telling her not too but against her better judgement she followed her brother every few minutes telling him that they should head back but he never listened. It was then a scent had caught Eska's nose, there was a den near by a bear cave to be more accurate and bears coming out of hibernation not only tend to be cranky upon first waking up but also hungry. That was when she had realized her mistake and they ended up bolting for the log that was their only path home. Eska had managed to make it across just in time but her brother was not as lucky. The only thing she heard was the crack of the log and looked back to see Dagger attempting to get out before it fell into the gaping cliffs below. He sadly didn't make it out, though depressed and grief stricken Eska forced herself to find her father and the look on his face had changed from grief to anger then to hatred so quickly she wasn't sure what to expect at the time but one thing for sure that Eska knew, her father hated her for it.

Steele blamed her for his death saying that if she had been smart that he would have still been around. It was her fault he was gone and Steele never cared to stop and kept telling her day after day and soon it felt like a routine something she grew use too. Though no matter how many times she tried to apologize or beg him for forgiveness he'd always utter out in a hateful voice." Your brother is dead because of you, you don't deserve to be alive today." And that was the last thing she had ever heard from her father because that day he had not only filled her with words that would stay in her head forever but he struck her that same night. Eska could take no more and made a journey to leave and never come back. She had ended up in the streets of Nome where she was taken in by a young woman and was trained to be therapy dog. She was used to help take the stress off of people who we're through traumatic experiences or those who suffered from anxity or depression. Yet they helped her more then she helped them, she had gotten all the affection she had wanted and couldn't have been happier. Upon exploring the town she ran into the town's new champion racer known as Rondo. 

Every girl fell head over heels for him but Eska did not, she found his ego boasting ways to be irritating to say the least. What was worse is that she was reminded of her father everytime he bragged or showed off or told some story that facts never really added up straight. She didn't know why but she found herself always near him at the wrong time and constantly pointed out his flaws and mistakes whenever the need struck her to the point where it became her own routine. When she wasn't helping people heal, she was fighting with Rondo and much to her disgust yet delight she had found herself somewhat attracted to the male as much as it tore her up inside she'd never let him know. Not ever, if he did she'd never live it down especially from him. He'd go out of his way just to prove a point so she went as far as calling themselves enemies or friends she wasn't quite sure herself though.

Guess the correct term would have been frienemies. Not quite friends but not quite enemies nor we're they rivals since they had nothing to fight for yet it never stopped them from doing it, stranger still she couldn't find herself stopping to find him or to correct him maybe it was a sort of release from the anger she felt towards her dad that she could never get out or maybe it was because she felt Rondo took his family for granted and again never hesitated in pointing it out whether he believed it or not wasn't her concern, it was just a part of they're routine and strangely enough she wouldn't have it any other way.
