Name: Dallas (by parents), Goober/"Goob" (by owners and everyone else)

Breed:  Siberian Husky Mix

Likes: Running, burning energy, chewing on his toys, using his size and weight to get things done, his sled team, being a pet, days off, playing with his owner, wolves.

Dislikes: Bullies, loud noises, getting made fun of, the dark, mean people/dogs.

Personality: Happy and easy-going but gets easily excited. Although he is not a mean dog, rough-housing is usually his way of solving things; he loves to throw his weight around. He's pretty empty-minded and this leads most to beleive he's "slow". He's a very big boy, much like his father, and most canines avoid him due to this- but he has a very soft, kind heart. He's somewhat gullible, and usually doesn't know if he's being tricked or taken advantage of. If he find out he was somehow manipulated, he'll only laugh and shrug it off. He's especially good with pups and small children, being such a gentle giant.

History

One of the pups from a litter Dusty and Ralph had, after they grew older, and where experienced hard working sled dogs. As a puppy, Goober was often very clumsy because he had yet to grow into his big paws. He was certainly the most affectionate puppy, often sticking close to his mother, or playing with the young humans he would sometimes meet.

Despite his heritage, he would often find himself fascinated with the woods outside of town, and with the wolves who supposedly lived there. He never got to venture into these woulds because after turning twelve weeks old, he was adopted by a, ice fisherman named John Hillton, as a present for his teenage son Roy. Roy actually loved his happy little puppy to great degrees, despite being a usually uninterested teenager. 

After living with the Hillton's for a few monthes, Goob began joining Roy when he would go to visit his friend, Rosie. He liked visiting all the people and dogs of Nome. He even found Rosie had a dog to, although she was an elder husky. The pup was always fascinated by her stories of her youth. On one occasion, young Goober got to accompany the husky to visit her mate: a wolfdog who lived by the beach on a boat. He was thrilled of course to meet a canine so closely related to the mighty wolves in the woods. However, on this trip, he also met the son of the husky and the wolfdog, who for whatever reason- seemed to hate the pup with a passion.

Goob was able to get a job as a wheel dog on a sled team that transported lumber all around Alaska. It was led by a red canine, she was particullarly mean and sarcastic, but Goob was attracted to her in a way he didn't understand... 

Other

-Kodi hates Goob, because he is Dusty and Ralph's lovechild XD and just like his brother, Kodi was mad for Dusty.

-He gets his colorings from his Dad, though his markings are from his Mom.

-His crush, the lead dog of his team, will be made by me in a few days.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: I apologize greatly if Goober resembles an already existing character, too much. His parents as you all know didn't have very complex designs to work with, in making a pup for my Balto fan-ship. I was not trying to steal, copy, or repost ANYONE elses character. Thank You.
