• BIOGRAPHY: He was born in 1922 way before the serum run took place, when their heros where just puppies in training and racing, Togo and Fritz were the best dogs at the shelter in that moment , they had won many long distanced races, and proved to have intelligence, fidelity, and endurance, so their owner Leonhard Sheppala, the greatest dog breeder in Alaska and known in the surrounding cities, decided to use them as the bet dogs to breed with two of his better females, giving birth in one of them to Dacapo, a playful normal puppy, just normal, when they became four months old,  Sheppala took them to some places in order to show them in order they meet the snow, the cold breeze outside, the smells of the forest, the places they were walking through and the paths they used to go to certain places, that way the pups would earn how to move by Nome, when they became six months old, Sheppala started to introduce the new puppies to the Sled harnesses, putting them on the harnesses, and then taking them off. And giving them a small prize for letting it to be put on their backs, and making off the harness putting a good experience for the puppies, though at the six months it was their best training time, also was hard to handle in the kennels, as the puppy’s hormones were getting activated and teeths were breaking in, some of them showed to be dominant, and formed several fights during the training and even in the kennels. One year after, the puppies were young adults and fully trained dogs, they knew how to work in team, had trained their speed and strength enough to become compete sled dogs,  one day another musher friend of sheppala and racer came to the shelters to visit him, and Seppala, he liked Dacapo, so offered sheppala a good amount of money for him, Sheppala didn’t even look at the dog, definitely sold him since that day, he was instaured in steele’s sleds wheels and there he is still racing, just like a normal dog, something difficult as steele showed too much dominance, and Dacapo wasn’t really accepting his leadship, many times they had fights, as the rest of the dogs didn’t deny to submit to steele Dacapo would never do,  

• Emotional Story:  His relationship with Angel Started after meeting his brother Balto, and being rescued by the wolfdog after they fell off to the snow, relationship and sled team work, improved notoriously after Balto took the leadship after steele. They really became quite of friends after the journey as Balto’s commands and attitudes weren’t dominant but helpful, an actual leader in other words, after the journey, they became close friends, he meet angel and her wolfpack trying to steal some meat to his owner, he chassed her off until she grabbed her by jumping over, she had a couple of sausages in the mouth, she was beautiful to his taste, but she was really thin, apparently, the forest caribou were moving and the pack couldn’t follow them, so they were surviving as they could. He just couldn’t see her passing hunger so, just let her steal now and them, he started to like hanging out by himself and leaving through the forest, they started to meet up more often,  and they became friends, but.. friendship soon became.. a different feeling

• Personality: Dacapo is mature, protector, considerated, sometimes so “good” that he feels “stupid” has a special tendency to think logically, he’s really social usually makes it good with every dog and human he meets, it’s vey hard to make him angry, but Angel is his “life” touching her or talking bad about her, can take someone to a brutal death

• Likes: Angel, friends company, has a special attraction for soccer football balls, every time he sees one he needs to chase it, his owner, pups, sled racing,
• Dislikes: Steele and his commands, hates to follow some dominant leader won’t submit to it, doesn’t like small kids as they always ocme and grab him by the ears or open his mouth, or ride over his back.. (what small kids do) and he can do nothing to avoid it or he’ll sleep with outside the shelters or he’ll be hit hardly and put off food, so he can do nothing…

Relation to the movie

       * Balto: meet Balto thanks to his sister Angel, he already tought he was a nice man and begun a friendship with him, but became absolutely important to him after Balto saved him and the rest of the sled dogs

        * Steele: after giving him an infernal puphood, and showing up an humiliating, dominant attitude, he definitely grew up in a special hate for Steele, becoming pure enemies and producing fights anytime they talked to eahother
