Siblings: Pavel is his full brother along with quite a few half-siblings. 

Personality: He just seems to ooze charm and entrap all types into his initially charismatic and bouncy personality. It’s the ugliness underneath it all that’s the kicker. He’s quite the ladies man and very successful at it. He thrives in taking the innocence out of any female, and has earned himself quite a reputation. 4 girls a night? This boy sees no problem with that. His friends can only stand so much of his true self, and after a while of hanging around this guy- it becomes clear that your initial judge of his character was a bit skewed. He is very vain and very, very dishonest- almost to the point of totally lacking a conscious. He gets what he wants through manipulation and using his looks.  He can also come across as boisterous and obnoxious to some. But initially he stands out from the crowd as charming and the best groomed.

Passions:  Isn’t actually that good of a sled racer- despite his excellent build and bravado, but he still races at times. He is used for breeding and loves that part of his job. He also loves flirting- sometimes just for kicks.

Aversions:  He hates when someone tries to expose his lies or catches him. Though, he thinks he can lie his way out of anything…

Bio:   He actually just kind of showed up into town one day, while most breeders live on the outskirts of Nome- Julian’s owner moved into town. Because of Julian’s near perfect build for a powerful racer, him and his owner soon became quite in demand for…well…Some planned “dates”. Breeding is his specialty. Many dogs of Nome soon became familiar with his tricks and began to dislike him, nonetheless he is often able to sucker quite a few into his posse of fangirls.  When Spica  meets him in Nome, she initially finds him charming, but tries to stay out of his entanglements with her aunt Ida.

Most males cannot stand him, but he is close with Pavel. He is very much a touchy-feely kind of guy, and most find it to an unbearable degree. Balto finds him a chilling reminder of Steele and Jenna rebuffs him, but one of their daughters often falls for his traps. He also tries to compete with Kodi every time he’s on the team- often loosing. Needless to say, most members of Kodi’s team despise him, Dusty won’t even look at him. Sylvie, Dixie and Roxy don’t talk to him anymore- but that doesn’t mean they won’t talk about him…
