Name: Aiyana
Gender: Female
Age: 2 (22 Human Equivalent)
Parents/Siblings: Unknown

Breed: Grey Wolf
Relation to Balto: Former member of the alpha's of Aleu's pack and spent along time doing her part for the pack before moving away with her best friend Sapphire after taking an extreme disliking to Aleu.
Personality: Aiyana is quite a popular one with the boys as she isn't one who is easily pushed around, and she just prefers to hang around with her friends and lark about. Despite this, Aiyana does have a real sense of responsibility and whenever anyone's in trouble, she's the one to call. She's smart and open-minded, and often never worries about anything. She can also be quite stubborn and moody, but she has learnt to control that.
Likes: Racing around, her friends, larking about, being herself, having a laugh, living life to the full, going out with her friends, winding some of the boys up, running, hunting, Matty, Sapphire, Kiara, Nava, Niju.
Dislikes: Being told what to do, being scolded, her friends being dismissed or hurt, being pushed around or forced to do something she doesn't want to do.
Crush: Matty
Crushes on her: Sai, and possibly Matty. (Do not ask, Sai became a crush to Aiyana before her page was up in a recent PM conversation with Dag)
Friends: Sapphire, Matty, Kiara, Pat, Nava, Niju.
Enemies: Aleu (Balto's)
History/Story:
Aiyana was born in Aleu's pack, but the pack was led by a younger Nava, and Niju was only a pup, a little older than Aiyana herself. She was brought up in this pack and learnt the ways of Nava's wise mind, oftening visiting the older male to cheer him up.
After Nava took a strong liking to the young and adventurous female, he moved her ranking up to the alphas as she had proved herself many times before. Now a young girl, Aiyana met Sapphire, a fiery female who'd put up a fight against anyone. Aiyana admired her for that, she decided to try and make friends with Sapphire.
"You seem OK," said the lighter coloured female, "I'm Sapphire, and you are?"
"Aiyana," she smiled.
"Aiyana, I like that," Sapphire laughed, "Can you hunt?"
"Yes," replied Aiyana, "Why?"
"Fancy a quick hunt then?" asked Sapphire. Aiyana nodded in agreement, and the two headed out together.
They'd do this all the time for a while and soon became best friends, almost inseparable. They also caught the attention of some of the males, who at first Aiyana didn't seem bothered about, neither Sapphire.
Aiyana was still an alpha, but now a teen female becoming evermore independent, and was becoming stronger and tougher at hunting, same for her fellow friend Sapphire. This meant that she wasn't too pleased when two wolfdogs appeared in the pack; going against Niju's gang. At first, Aiyana didn't interfere with what was happening, but Niju was becoming very annoyed by the intrusion, as they were only wolfdogs after all. Niju was one of Aiyana's closest friends, and she could see he disliked the female a lot.
When Aleu was confirmed as the new leader of the pack, Sapphire and Aiyana were convinced that they were way out of her league, at everything and so didn't think this was fair. There was great uproar throughout the pack, but Aleu tried her best to maintain the chaos. Niju many a time tried to go against her, Aiyana joining in too, but they were always scolded along with Sapphire, despite them being older members than she was.
At this point, Aiyana had had enough, she told Sapphire that she would be leaving within the next week, and to Aiyana's surprise, Sapphire wasn't hesitant to join her. The two became outlaws, against the world just travelling around. They were now more than capable of fending for themselves, and did so well.
Sapphire and Aiyana always wondered whether it was a good option to join another pack again for the first time since being part of Aleu’s pack, and the two always agreed that it could be somewhat dangerous, and they couldn’t be let down by anyone if they stuck together, just as a duo. One day, Sapphire realised that things were about to change, because she had been spotted in Warrior Falls territory after the two were harmlessly passing by. She had been confronted by an old black wolf named Shadow, and she never told Aiyana of this meeting. Aiyana was wholeheartedly reluctant to join a pack anytime soon, and would do anything to stop it from happening.
“Aiyana, when are we going to stop running?” Sapphire asked the darker female wolf.
“What do you mean?” frowned Aiyana, hoping the question she was dreading was not about to be brought upon her.
“I mean, we need to find a place to rest, we haven’t actually got a home. We just rest beside a tree or a boulder every night and then move the next morning,” explained Sapphire, “It’s exhausting. And, it’s killing you. You’re leg is already broken.”
Aiyana looked down at her leg which she knew full well was broken, the pain almost unbearable.
“Okay, okay,” she smiled, “As long as you don’t mean that we have to find a pack.”
“Are you kidding?” stuttered Sapphire, a little shaken remembering what had happened when she had been found, wondering whether her presence had been announced during a Warrior Falls pack meeting or something.
At that moment, Aiyana and Sapphire stopped still, realising someone was watching them.
“Fletcher, you take Sapphire,” said the familiar to Sapphire black wolf, “Matty, you take the other female.”
Aiyana gave in almost straight away, as soon as Matty had her pinned, but she could see he was careful enough to notice that she was injured and so didn’t pin her so hard, and she was thankful for that. Sapphire however, was a different story, she would not be caught by Fletcher and this didn’t make him happy. Some of the other wolves laughed at Fletcher, finding Sapphire amusing as she just dodged every attempt he made at trying to catch her. Finally, Sapphire was pinned by Fletcher, who was slightly annoyed by her attitude towards him, but she seemed to be laughing inside. Aiyana couldn’t help giggling at her best friend’s way of tackling boys.
“What’s your friend’s name, Sapphire?” the black wolf who had confirmed his name was Shadow asked.
“Ask her yourself,” muttered Sapphire, who had been hoping to escape Fletcher.
“It’s Aiyana,” replied Aiyana, squirming slightly underneath Matty’s firm front legs that weren’t moving, although he felt a little sorry for the female.
“Okay, Fletcher, keep hold of that one,” laughed Shadow talking about Sapphire, “And Matty, you take care of Aiyana.”
“She’s…broken her leg,” said Matty.
“Boohoo,” giggled Aiyana sarcastically.
“Carry her then,” said Shadow firmly.
“You’re kidding, right?” said Matty.
“Nope, go on, she’s not going to bite,” he said, “Will you?”
“That depends,” replied Aiyana, who got a wink from Sapphire at that.
Honestly, she didn’t mind Matty who seemed to be reluctant to do his job, but she teased him the whole way anyway for the sake of it. However, they didn’t make the whole way…
Hunters surrounded the wolves in all different directions, holding tranquilizer guns and were about to dart the wolves. Seeing as they had nowhere to run, they just gave in. Aiyana was shot almost immediately, after Matty of course. The last to be darted where Luke, Sapphire, Blake and Pat who all put up a good fight against the drug.
When they all awoke, Aiyana found herself chained to Matty in a crate, her leg throbbing more than ever.
“Aaah,” she cried, “Why in the world is my foot chained to yours?”
“I could ask you the same question, do you really think I know?” answered Matty, he sat up, looking around. He could see Aiyana was in real pain.
“Hang in there,” he said reassuringly, “You’ll be OK.”
“I don’t feel OK,” said Aiyana. She then heard the voice of Sapphire, who wasn’t in the greatest of moods.
“Guess who I’m stuck in this steel crate with,” she began, “Only that Fletcher guy.”
“Haha,” began Aiyana, “Lucky you.”
“I’m still here you know,” added Fletcher, who was shaking his head. He was going to rip his own leg off if the chain didn’t come off soon, he would not be stuck chained to Sapphire, the girl who had so efficiently managed to escape his first attempts at seizing her.
Aiyana longed for the pain in her leg to go away, but it wasn’t happening any time soon. She became more impatient. Luckily, the healer of the pack, a rabbit, said he knew how to help her with a special remedy he’d made, he told Matty to take it from him as he passed it through a tiny hole in which they were using to breath (they were all in separate crates, a male and a female in each, apart from the rabbit of course, he was alone).
“I am not drinking…that,” argued Aiyana. The rabbit simply winked at Matty, who tried his best.
“Look if you don’t drink it, the pain won’t go away. What’s so bad about it? I’ll drink it then, ‘cause I’m braver than you,” Matty began teasing her.
“Please, just pass me the remedy,” Aiyana laughed under her breath.
“You must drink it all at once, or else it will not work,” the rabbit insisted. Aiyana did as she was asked, and was then told she must rest at once. If there was any heavy breathing it would be a sign that she was losing body heat, another side effect of the remedy, which left her life on Matty, who was told to keep her warm if there were any signs of such. Unfortunately, it did happen, and everything depended on Matty.
He was reluctant to do so, as he was already in a relationship, but if laying beside her meant saving her life, then there wasn’t to be second thoughts about it. Matty lay beside her, his tail held hers softly. The rabbit smiled, he couldn’t see if Matty was obeying his orders, but judging from the silence, he could tell that Matty had listened to him.
When Aiyana awoke, she noticed Matty lying sound asleep, his head on her shoulder.
“And you were supposed to be looking after me,” she whispered, then she noticed that they were out of the crate and in an enclosure- but with everyone else in with them. Everyone just stared.
“Err…hey,” Aiyana said suddenly perking up, and nudging Matty hard. She could see the rabbit who had been talking to her, the one who had made her drink the disgusting remedy, but she thanked him for saving her.
“Just doing my part,” replied the rabbit, “And, Matty did help too.”
"Only a tiny bit," added Cheese.
Aiyana is now stuck, chained to Matty, in India. The pack, or, the majority of the pack (yes, the majority had been taken) were released and are going to have to put out their best survival skills to stay alive. Aiyana isn’t just with her best friend Sapphire anymore, but she must prove herself to the Warrior Falls pack to stay worthy of their trust and help.
