Personality: Extremely loving, but sensitive. He’s a huge romantic. Can go overboard with his emotions at times.

Bio: Was born in Nava’s pack. Was arranged into matehood with Moema, but Moema admitted she didn’t love him, and he left the pack heartbroken. He bumps into her a year later and he admits that the arrangement probably wasnt’ the best idea -- but that he was still in love with her and would follow her anywhere. They try to claim territory together, but get lost, and end up in Nome. At this point Moema is weak. So Hotah goes to find shelter and food. He fails to, and thinks a lot of time had passed already, so he returns only to find Moema gone. He follows her scent and finds her at a dog’s home. 

He’s totally frightened and tells her to leave, but Moema explains that the dog, Saomik is willing to help them. They do end up getting back on their feet with her help, but Hotah wants to leave immediately, whereas Moema wants to stay.

Relation to Balto: Is best friends with Moema, who has a crush on Kaltag’s daughter.
