How he's Related to Balto: He's related to Maxwell who's best friends with Balto's father

History:He was seperated from Maxwell at puppyhood and was adopted by a criminal,He was abused for most of his life until he escaped and joined Maxwell's pack. He then met Julie and over the years developed feelings for her,and when he went out on a walk to calm himself Julie followed when Carter said out lowed that he liked Julie she herd and was overwelmed. He then became mates with Julie(I think..since I'm doing a roleplay on this)
