As my character: I named Flint after the material used to make arrowheads, and based his coloring off the color of the stone. His collar has an arrowhead on it, not visible in this picture. 

History: Flint is one of Balto's long-lost siblings who were separated from him after Aniu's death. Flint was adopted by a young man in a small Inuit village, where he became a hunting dog there. He is eventually reunited briefly with Balto, and plays a minor supporting role in a complex series of events in my currently unwritten fanfic.
