Balto shares the fact that he has never had any parent figures in his life and evies Rahmses a little. This is something that strikes Rahmses deeply and he feels compelled as a friend to stick with Balto as much as possible. Boris who was hesitate of the new arrival warms up to him in the end and even goes to the length of thanking him personally for bringing some joy to Balto's lonley life. Rahmses feels grateful for having found Balto and Boris and makes sure to thank his lucky star (the sun) every day for having being spiritually guided to them.
