Personality: Lucas was always that dog that is serious and doesn't like to goof around. He can lose his temper very easily, especially around his best friend Nathaniel. Lucas loves to hang out with Nathaniel as much as he can because he’s his best friend. Whenever Nathaniel goes off getting into trouble, Lucas always follows telling him he shouldn't do this or that, but secretly he thinks its fun. So he and Nathaniel end up getting into trouble in the end. But Lucas can be very kind and loving to his family and friends, and he'll do anything to protect them.

History: Lucas was born unexcitingly. His owners never wanted pups and never new Lucas's mother was pregnant with Lucas. Elderly owners didn't know that there dog was pregnant and thought she was gaining wait instead. The couple didn't want to take care of another dog so they sold Lucas to a pet shop. Lucas was there for some time, always in the corner, not wanting to be adopted until a pup named Nathaniel came. When Nathaniel came he saw Lucas all alone and came over and wanted to become his friend.

 Soon a young couple came looking for a puppy. They were only looking for one but Lucas and Nathaniel wouldn't allow it. The couple first wanted to get Nathaniel only but Nathaniel didn't want to leave his friend.  For at least ten minutes the owner of the store kept trying to grab a hold of Nathaniel who kept jumping out of the way of his big clumsy hands. Nathaniel kept trying to stay around Lucas as much as he could so they could adopt him too. The couple soon did notice that the two were trying to stay together so the couple adopted them both.

Lucas and Nathaniel grew up being the best of friends. They played and went everywhere together. The couple, Rick and Cary raised them both with love and care. The couple soon had a baby named Alexa, who was only four by the time the dogs were adults. But before adult hood for Nathaniel and Lucas, they did not know there true abilities until they both entered a dog sled race one day. There was a big race to try out for a new dog sledding team of Nome. The only dog on the team at the moment was Cody, an amazedly fast dog, made to be a leader of a dog sled team. Nathaniel and Lucas were watching excitingly on the side lines of the race along with a good friend of theirs, Lucy. Of course Nathaniel, the flirt, grabbed Lucy's blue bandanna and ran onto the track of the race just when it started. Nathaniel was actually hoping he would win, and made up a excuse by stilling Lucy's bandanna. Of course Lucas ran after him, wanting to get the bandanna back for Lucy due to his huge crush on her. Lucas and his grumpy self, caught up just behind Nathaniel barking for him to give it back, but Nathaniel skipped ahead making Lucas angry. Lucas soon was by Nathaniel tugging on Lucy's bandanna, and both didn't know how fast they were going. All of a sudden both Lucas and Nathaniel tripped over the finish line. A loud cheer went up, and both noticed they had won the race. Nathaniel was so shocked he could barely speak while Lucas started yelling at Nathaniel and tackled him to the ground yelling why he got me into this. Looks like they both tied the race. Soon people were all around the two dogs, and Cody, the leader of the team, and the musher came up to look at the two dogs. Everyone wondered where their humans were who were at home at the second. The musher looked at one of the twos collars and took them back to their house telling the owners their dogs had won. Of course they were shocked but accepted the request. Nathaniel and Lucas both were put behind Cody and one other sled dog. They both soon became very famous due to the sled team winning many races.

Lucas was also famous with many girl dogs. A lot wanted to date him but Lucas wasn't that type of dog. He only wanted maybe a crush and then a mate. But he wouldn't have flings with females. This made the females upset and always wanted to get his attention so he'd fall in love with one of them, but Lucas wasn't like that. The one female he's always loved was Lucy, but she thought of him as a best friend. He was always trying to impress her and be nice to her. But Lucy never knew that he was in love with her. Lucy soon fell in love with Cody, making Lucas hate Cody more. Once the two finally got into a big fight and finally noticed that Lucas was in love with her. But soon after that fight Lucy found Cody with another female, but Cody was just friends with that dog. Lucy thought differently. She ran to Lucas instead who comforted her and soon they started dating. Lucas was so happy at this time. Soon the two got in big disagreement, and Lucas easily lost his temper. Lucy left Lucas but still wanted to remain his friend. Lucy went back to Cody, and soon became mates once she saw that everything Cody dud was a misunderstanding. This made Lucas depressed fir some time. Though he soon got over and went back to his normal self. Lucas evidently will find himself a mate and have a family.

Likes: Nathaniel, Lucy, his friends, his owners, racing, winning, being alone, getting into trouble with Nathaniel, sitting by warm fires, training, fetch, warm days, watching the snow fall, the boiler room, anything steak related, and his team mates

Dislikes: When Nathaniel gets on his nerves, getting caught, losing at races, Cody, blizzards, being stuck in the house for a long time with Nathaniel, night mares, loud sounds, being ignored, and more

Fears: Losing someone he loves, death, natural disasters, losing his owners and best friends, blood, murder, etc.

Other: I think I might make a fan fic if I get the time with Nathaniel and Lucas. Lucas also wears a green collar.
